Employee Administration

The HRMS allows you to categories your employees and set their Work Pass, Foreign Worker Levy, and Self-Help Groups according to their profiles. The system also allows you to grant employees varying admin access rights depending on their job positions.

Employees can update their personal details in the Benefit.X app, this ensures that employee records are always up to date. Employee data can also be easily exported when needed.

Payroll

The payroll module allows you to generate itemised payslips that are in accordance with MOM and IRAS requirements. Monthly payslips are published in the Benefit.X app for employees to review.

The module supports the Auto Inclusion Scheme (AIS) for employment income and CPF file submissions, ensuring that there are accurate additions and deductions to employee salaries.

Claims

With the Benefit.X claims function, employees can submit claims directly through the Benefit.X app. Managers will then be notified and can make instant approvals with one click.

Our platform also allows you to set up multiple approval levels depending on your company’s requirements. Additionally, the claims module includes audit history and auto-calculation of GST for claims made. Claims can then be tallied and generated in the monthly payslip (optional).

Leave

The leave module allows employees to apply for leave directly through the Benefit.X app. As the platform allows you to set personalised leave entitlements for your employees, managers can conveniently check an employee’s leave entitlement before making an approval with a single click.

Once again, you are able to set up multiple approval levels depending on your company’s requirements. Moreover, our platform has a company leave calendar which keeps you and your team informed of who is in and out of the office.

Expense Management

Payment made using Benefit.X Corporate Card will be tracked and auto-generated into a claim in the app.

Digital Loans granted by us will also be disbursed through the Benefit.X platform. Loan funds can then be used to pay for various business necessities.
